Strength and Conditioning at Ascension performance is catered specifically to individual athletes and their respective sport. Our goal is to understand individual and sport specific characteristics, and use them to create a structured program that drastically improves an athletes physical profile (strength, speed, power, coordination, size, capacity, reactivity, confidence, etc.) and performance potential. We work to create a higher performance ceiling for the athletes, allowing them to have greater margin for improving their sport specific skill and performance through agility, plyometrics, sensorimotor and resistance training modalities.
